This is the best idea I’ve seen in a while – infrared control jammer. Although this specific implementation require you to be in the same room as the TV, I can imagine a IR-laser implementation for remote jamming – just point it to the neighbour’s window.
Project is based on a PIC16F628 microcontroller (Microchip).
